JOB SPECIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior management or high-net-worth individuals.
Excellent command of both Turkish and English (written and spoken).
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.
High level of discretion, loyalty, and professionalism.
Flexibility to travel occasionally and adapt to the Chairman’s schedule, including outside regular working hours.
Must be based in Istanbul, Turkiye.
Salary can be discussed upon interview depending on the qualification.
