Begin discussions with our franchise development team. Get to know each other — telling us your goals and background and let’s see if this is a fit. Submit a franchise application.
Once pre-qualifications are met, our franchise development team will start discussing the opportunity in greater detail. This will officially start the due diligence process.
Begin reviewing the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and schedule a call with the franchise development team to review the document. Prior to executive committee approval, we’ll ask you to submit a background check verification.
Schedule the executive committee video call. Once approved by committee, the next step is an invitation to a virtual discovery day, where you’ll meet with our corporate team for a system overview.
With the final approvals from our executive team, we will present you with our franchise agreement. Once it’s signed, you’re officially part of the CZN Burak Gurme family!
Our real estate and construction team, along with a network of top brokers in each market, stand ready to help you find the best site for your new restaurant. Once you sign a lease, we’ll begin an extensive training program which provides your team with all the knowledge and hands-on training needed in preparation of your restaurant opening.
To prepare for your big opening day, our operations and marketing teams will work with you to get all the details finalized. From final store training to local store marketing, we’ll be with you each step of the way.
