Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Minimum 8 years of experience in culinary management, with at least 5 years specializing in Turkish cuisine.

  2. Previous experience opening and operating multiple outlets or franchises preferred.

  3. Proven leadership and people management skills.

  4. Knowledge of Dubai’s F&B regulatory environment (Dubai Municipality, HACCP, etc.).

  5. Strong understanding of kitchen workflows, cost controls, and menu engineering.

  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

  7. Culinary degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

  8. Fluency in English required; knowledge of Turkish or Arabic is a plus.
