Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience in culinary management, with at least 5 years specializing in Turkish cuisine.
Previous experience opening and operating multiple outlets or franchises preferred.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Knowledge of Dubai’s F&B regulatory environment (Dubai Municipality, HACCP, etc.).
Strong understanding of kitchen workflows, cost controls, and menu engineering.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Culinary degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Fluency in English required; knowledge of Turkish or Arabic is a plus.
