Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in culinary management, with at least 5 years specializing in Turkish cuisine. 
- Previous experience opening and operating multiple outlets or franchises preferred. 
- Proven leadership and people management skills. 
- Knowledge of Dubai’s F&B regulatory environment (Dubai Municipality, HACCP, etc.). 
- Strong understanding of kitchen workflows, cost controls, and menu engineering. 
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. 
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification preferred. 
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Turkish or Arabic is a plus.
