3. Poise and Professionalism: The hostess should always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

4. Organization and Multitasking: The ability to manage guest flow, reservations, and inquiries while remaining attentive to details is essential.

5. Patience and Tact: A hostess should be patient, polite, and tactful when handling challenging situations or demanding guests.

6. Flexibility: Hostesses often work in shifts and during busy periods, so flexibility in scheduling is important.

7. Experience in Seven Rooms reservation system is a plus.
