Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; some establishments may require a degree in hospitality management or a related field.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle difficult situations with composure and tact.
Multitasking and organizational skills to manage guest inquiries and requests efficiently.
Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is beneficial.
Proficiency in multiple languages may be advantageous, particularly in hotels serving international guests.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
