Qualifications and Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; some establishments may require a degree in hospitality management or a related field.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle difficult situations with composure and tact.

  • Multitasking and organizational skills to manage guest inquiries and requests efficiently.

  • Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is beneficial.

  • Proficiency in multiple languages may be advantageous, particularly in hotels serving international guests.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
